Our shopping experience was actually great! I found the shirts I needed for our wedding party. I had to order the men's shirts in to match my ring bearer. I called after my shirts were due in and I was told they didn't have the groom's shirt but they were going to look and call me back. Shortly later I received a text saying they had his shirt. I went to pick up my order yesterday and my groom's shirt is the wrong size. I'm guessing they lost his shirt and thought by replacing it with a half size bigger I wouldn't notice. Very deceitful and appalling. Will never shop here again.
Visited the store Tuesday Dec 21st. I was approached by a younger guy that admitted he had recently started working there. He enlisted the assistance of an older man who had one of the worst attitudes I have experienced, possibly ever! Funny thing is that when I mentioned I was going to what I call “Stars” my girlfriend told me that the employees were rude. I wish I had listened to her and not endured this man’s attitude. Whatever your name was, retire if you’re that miserable. You’re ruining what was once a great place to shop.
The collection is nice the staff are amazing, however I was kinda shocked when they charged me for altering the new jacket that I just bought from them !!!!! when I complained that other competitors aren’t doing that I was told “ tailor don’t work for free” well neither the tailor at the competition DA Lesson learned : u less the piece fits me exactly I will never buy it or I just add $63 to the price
Had to pick up a groomsmen suit, shirt and tie as part of a package here. John was kind and helpful. Made the transaction very pleasant.
They got the Drip for formal, business or fashion whatever you are in need of. Great service too and tailoring is available.
Went today to pick up my suit and talked to John. He new who I was and I said to him I'm here to pick up my suit. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I couldn't thank John enough for his great help and honest person. I would strongly I mean strongly recommend Strauss Menswear to anyone who is looking for a suit or casual wear and ask for John. Thanks again John for your amazing help great job
Rude horrible sale associate in a very bad and obvious toupee made my sons experience of buying his grad suit a sour experience. How can someone this rude have a job helping people with suits and tailoring. Horrible man with no manners. We spent over $500 and got treated like trash.
Came here atlfter boxing day and there were good deals and selection. This is going to be my go to store going forward
John was very helpful with putting together my son's suit for Graduation. I was impressed with the level of service and expertise. Highly recommend!
