A coworker of mine recommended this place when I was looking for an engagement ring and had no idea where to start and I happened to be in the area. Dave was amazing and guided and helped us choosing the ring we wanted. Got it shipped to Toronto where we live with zero issues, would recommend this place any day.

What a pleasure, went in to have a watch battery replaced. Dave was genuinely interested in the watch and took good care whilst working on the watch. He set the time, and polished it until he could confirm the installation was working no second hand arm If I had the opportunity to pay for the service I would have gladly. Great story about why he doesn't charge, and he has gained another satisfied customer. Thanks Dave, you made my day, and as promised I will pay it forward!
Very very excellent, happy, people working there. Just had my watch battery changed out today free of charge, and my strap turned around, the correct way, all done most graciously. I was most surprised,, expecting to pay the normal 15 $$ or so. So next time I am in Canmore, I will def be stopping to get my silver braclet made into a few rings. Awesome jewellery store, thank you kindly.
Went there to replace my battery in my watch. Was prepared to pay but the lady told me its free due to some summer promo event. Was very surprised. Staff very friendly and professional. Recommend! :
We wanted to resize a ring, but he gave us good advice. He convinced us to wait and not resize the ring right away. He could've done it, so he got out of a sale for us. That means TRUST. Really nice employee. Would recomend.
The best that Canmore has to offer. David Stratton is a legend. I'm a local Canmore business owner as well. David went the extra mile, and even offered a barter trade for some of my services for my engagement ring!!!! Unheard of!!!!!! A local Gem, no pun intended , haha.
Excellent watch battery service. Was shown that the previous battery change was done with a battery that was too thick! Let me walk out of the store without paying because I had forgot my wallet, just asked me to do someone a good deed! I came back and paid and passed on the good will.
If you are looking for the highest tier of service and the most amazing jewelry this is the place. My partner picked out the most gorgeous and unique engagement ring here, and given my personal taste is rather odd the fact the staff were able to help him is amazing. They didn't have my ring size in so we went back in and they measured my size and custom ordered a new ring from the designer. This lovely store will forever have a role in the story of my engagement and that means a lot to me and my fiance. Highly recommended coming here and supporting this business.
