I just want to put out a PSA to business owners and their staff. I called a member of HR - Rachel - doing MY job and after a one minute conversation she hung up on me. No goodbye nothing. I wasn't  pushy I was in the middle of thanking her for her time. Will I ever recommend this facility to anyone I know - absolutely not. Remember sales people are only doing our jobs and we are potential customers or critics too.
