I wouldn’t really call this a review, but more of a thank you. I would like to express my gratitude for the nurses and doctors who worked in the ER on October 29th. My son came in with a head wound and the staff here were so good to him. The nurse who assessed him and the doctor who did his stitches were phenomenal. Thank you all for being so kind and for making this experience a little less scary for him. We appreciate you!
Wonderful wonderful wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here last night. Every single staff member we interacted with from start to finish was so kind and helpful. The nurses were so quick to get us extra warm blankets and were so friendly, and the doctors took our concerns seriously and helped however they could. The place was super clean and the wait times were quite short. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!
I recently had a fantastic experience at the Strathcona Community Hospital. I went in around 5 am. No lines. No wait. I was seen right away. In & out in 3 hours. Healthcare staff was great. The waiting room of the ER was completely empty when we departed.
The nurse was very kind and helped me get a bed after waiting for four hours. It’s a beautiful and clean hospital.nThe frustrating part is that I’ve been waiting another four hours in the bed, and no doctor has shown up yet. No one knows when dr will come. Three of them are busy.nI have no complaints about anyone, only about the system. Writing reviews doesn’t help; I don’t think anyone is actually reading our reviews.nHello, responsible authorities, please do something to improve this situation. Is it the Premier, the Mayor, or another authority who should take care of us? Please help us.nMay Allah bless you all.
Came in today regarding myself puking and becoming extremely dizzy. Very severe. It did take about 3-4 to get me inside hospital bed and to actually get seen. Understandable as it wasn’t deadly, but back of hospital staff are incredible and took care of me so well. Answered all questions I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in room. Front triage nurses were pretty rude and didn’t seem to care at all about my situation.
