We believe in hiring based on attitude and how well the person fits our company culture as the highest priority. We also hire painters with at least a few years of experience because knowledge of the trade is required. Each painter is trained to provide a World Class service.

We are also working toward a corporate wellness program to keep our painters healthy since they are working with chemicals and paints all day.

We always show on our blog which painter was responsible for the masterpiece they created. In our mind, the painters are the stars of the show.

We also give painters opportunities to share their experiences on their favourite job in any given month. It feels good to be recognized and that’s what we do for our painters.

We do a daily cleanup and a major cleanup at the end of each project.

Better than that, if you want to have a totally brand new house, we offer an optional Home Detailing service at the end of the job to dust, wipe down, and clean your entire house. We recommend considering this since it just feels better to have new paint colours AND a totally clean house! Wouldn't that feel good?
