I haven't been here in years and I have to say it is not what I remembered. Food was ok. I ordered the ribeye sandwich which they are apparently known for and I remember it being better. It was average and I have had better ones at different restaurants with better quality meat. I do have to say they finally learned how to cook their fresh cut fries and we got a huge portion. They used to be so mushy and greasy. The onion rings tasted kind of like fish. The inside is full of like we'll call it antique treasures but it seems like there's so much that it's overwhelming and now just like a hoarder nightmare. They were playing Christmas music in February and still hadn't taken down their decorations. I knew what I wanted to order and what should have been a maybe 3 minute transaction ended up taking 10 minutes because the cashier kept reading my order back wrong.
Great vibe. Can spend quite some time just looking at all the antiques! Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Will be back.
Food is ok, loud inside, full of antiques piled up more like trash, Fox News on both TVs, disagreeable woman at the register, wouldn’t go back. Thought it was going to be fun and unique, should’ve gone to Portillo’s instead.
The first time I came here, the food was cold and there was hair both in my food and my drinks. I wanted to give this place another try because I have heard good things about Strat’s before. Unfortunately, the second time was just as bad. After trying the food, which was still cold, I noticed hair in my food again, and the shakes tasted like milk. Not good. The worst part about it was the pricing. I looked at my receipt, and although all the food I ordered was there, it did not match the price that it did on the menus. I checked online, and even drove back to the restaurant to see the physical menu, inside and outside. The price on the menus was a couple dollars cheaper than what they had charged me. A similar experience has happened to my friends at this same location. I won’t try here again, and I would not recommend it. I wish you luck if you eat here, I hope you have a much better experience, but be sure to check the pricing before you drive off!
This place might have been good years ago, but it's certainly not now. The food is massively overpriced, the prices on the printed menu are much lower than you're actually charged. The manager became confrontational when I asked for a receipt and refused to provide one. The only thing I know for sure is my credit card was charged $15.67 for a cheeseburger, fries and a drink and the owner of this restaurant told me he thinks that is a reasonable price. But if he truly believes his prices are reasonably, why doesn't he post them?
They don't build them like this any longer. Food was great and the kids enjoyed the atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Honestly, I was expecting more flavor on the burger I had. The drive thru was a bit slow but the atmosphere is really nice inside from what I saw. I will give it another try and maybe try something else and report back.Food: 3/5
I absolutely love this place. the atmosphere is so cool with all of old antiques. they really make this place one of a kind. the owner Mr strat. top notch. he's friendly and provides great customer service. food is phenomenal. nothing bad is here. lol. Shari also provided fast courteous and professional service. this place is one of my all time faves.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there today and I was reading the menu until I noticed 2 employees reaching down their pants! I was so disgusted I ran out of there so fast. Also the customer service was horrible I wouldn’t feed this food to my worst enemy.
Went drive thru... Wanted to order a slice of pizza.. they said they were out they suggested the pizza puff because it's popular okay I order that... Then they charge me for it and then don't put it in the bag! I'm tired of simple mistakes because of carelessness. 5$ they stole from me.
