Good electricians but very bad at up-front communication when it comes to charges. We were overcharged for a service call and also charged for a "report" that we never requested. We asked for an estimate but estimates at Stouffer are known as "reports" and cost $300. If you do not ask every possible question as it relates to charges, you may get surprised with a bigger bill than you were expecting.
