I had a universally good experience with Stor-Smart. The office staff was courteous and helpful, the facility clean and secure, and the location very convenient. I would highly recommend the facility to all those who need a storage unit in the St. Joseph area.

What a difference customer service makes for any business! Kayla made this such a pleasant experience for us that we actually really enjoyed the chore of storage (deciding on the right storage and getting started with our offsite storage etc. necessitated by a recent move)..She even came up to the house to inspect the material to be transported and gave us a reasonable estimate on the spot. The location itself is super clean, looks very safe and secure and the staff (Christen, Gil?) extremely friendly and courteous.. Recommend this location as the best storage option in the area. Once again, people like Kayla can help transform any business to its best with the right attitude and attentiveness..

I can always count on these folks. I have used them for a major move and a removal and return of furniture for a carpet install. Staff are professional and friendly, including the office staff. Thanks christen for all your help! Very reasonable prices. Great company and customer service.

I highly recommend StorSmart moving. Wonderful customer service by Kayla and Kristen, they were easy to work with and very helpful in arranging the details of the move. The actual movers, Eric and Hunter, were professional, polite and did a fantastic job of moving some large and difficult to handle pieces. My thanks and appreciation to this team!
