WOW! At first when we walked in I thought how will this work? Being a large hockey team and coming in was stressfull but Darryl and his team made it easy. It started off with getting the kids attention - showing them the ropes and getting them to help out. Then getting onto the range was amazing. Small groups and enough safety glasses for all to watch. Teaching about the guns and how to point them was amazing. The kids loved the free reign of no one really on them about anything - the staff was easy going and know a lot about the guns. They really got the kids engaged into the program. We also arranged to have pizza delivered to the range to complete our year end event. Everything was timely and well organized. This was the best experience that our kids have had - not something you would do everyday and something unique. Daryl and his staff were AMAZING - I can't even say enough about them. If you are resisting on going - dont judge a book by its cover - I am so glad that we chose Stormbringer for our event! Just do it - you wont regret it!!!!! AAA Jr. Oil Kings Hockey Team.
I must say I was seriously disappointed that it took me so long to hear about this place! I would've been coming here MUCH sooner and more often. I went in on Saturday just to enquire about the shop/range and was given a FULL tour and told everything there was to know. It was impressive that a business owner would take the time to give someone off the street a full tour of the establishment. I did not have time to use the range that day, however, I was able to purchase a new gun while I was there. The owner Daryl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase and even went so far as to take money off for a small scratch. I will most certainly return to Stormbringer. In fact, I'll be in this evening to purchase another gun!
This company decided to damage my personal property. My brand new car was sitting in a parking lot and they decided it would be beneficial to everyone to put their advertisements garbage on the windshields. The best time to place garbage on windshields of course is after it rains, and when I got off work and the sun was out and had dried the garbage to my windshield. When I went to remove the garbage they so happily left on my car, it decided to stick and now I will have to scrape the rest of the paper off my brand new windshield. I love extra work on a Friday afternoon. STOP PUTTING STUFF ON PEOPLE'S VEHICLES!! IT IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. There should be some sort of fine for your company for littering as I'm sure most people take it off their car and throw it on the ground. Find better ways of marketing your company. Needless to say, I will never visit Stormbringer nor advise anyone else to. Good marketing campaign, the best one I've ever seen.
Great place to go for some fun, being able to shoot your air guns in the city, just what I was looking for. Knowledgeable staff, with lots of choices of guns available for use or purchase. Owner Daryl even took his own time and patience to help me with zeroing a rifle scope, I really appreciated the help. I signed up for a year membership, can't wait to go back.
