The location was hard to find the first time, better signage would help in this regard.nOnce found, however, the service was very helpful and pleasant. Matthew went out of his way to make things easy for me and l felt the terms were very reasonable. I would go the them again very happily for my storage needs.
Amazing customer service , very friendly & so helpful to me as a senior . There a new woman her name was Kristin training & I would have thought she was there for many many years . I was moving & had a lot on my mind & couldn't find my keys then my phone & she was so tuned into her job that she remembered that I put my keys in my purse & that I had my phone when I first walked in which I found in my car .I can't say enough great things about her & Mathew .. wouldn't rent storage space off anyone else since I met this company's staff..Great prices as well .
