Very relaxed and professional atmosphere. Units are reasonably priced and well kept. On a customer service level, extremely friendly and helpful 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Now that it's under new ownership, things have changed. I liked the more casual atmosphere of the previous owners. The front desk personnel are still good, but I received a notice saying there will be a 'modest price increase' 10 percent is not modest. There are a lot of choices for storage in Vernon, and I suggest you have a look around at other opportunities.
