I have known Matt for years and he is a great honest man on a mission to provide the community with fresh, quality, local breads. I'm definitely getting my hotdog and hamburger buns from him for all my summer barbecues!!
I have had the rolls that were as good my grandma's. I purchased a loaf of wheat and just LOVE it!
This bread makes the best grilled cheese ever. It can cook longer without burning, so you get a great melt and a delightful golden crispy crust. The larger sized slices hold more cheese too.
We've now tried all the sourdough bread at the farmers market and strong sandwich bread is the best! I might eat this whole loaf myself. Nicely done Strong's.
Passing through Logan area and noted the name on the bread when I stopped a local store. Had to buy some. It was all done et by the time we crossed the plains. I should have bought more. Very good!
