We dined in here and there was a line at the door, only took 10 minutes to be seated. The service was fast and good, our server was very kind and nice and he always had a nice smile. We ordered fish and chips, the harvest salad and the chicken wings. The fish and chips were good, crispy fries, good and soft fish, the wings were good as well, and the salad was good but i added chicken however the chicken pieces were very thin, not worth $6.99. Overall it was a good experience, it is near the water and you can have a nice view. The food was good and the staff were absolutely amazing. Recommend this place a lot.
Thursday night and there was a line but it took no more than 20 mins. There was live music and it was lovely to be able to listen to it while waiting. While waiting also, a server brought us complimentary small margaritas! A great start indeed. We ordered a burger and the fish and chips with sweet potato fries instead. The food took a while but it was so worth waiting for. Just delicious, perfect fish and batter and burger just juicy and tasty!! Excellent!! Strongly recommend
Sat outside, which was a nice option in this warm weather. They have a covered screened porch as well. They announce they have their menu online instead of having one printed, but the drinks were on a separate page on the site. Food, and their house brand lager, were both delicious and filling. The quality of the food appeared to be higher as well with fresh oil to cook the fries, and the burger was soft and juicy. I will be returning.
Really impressive restaurant. Crazily good food, service, beer and general ambience. My wife has food allergies and they catered extremely well for them. We tried the shrimp po-boy and the Thai red curry. The shrimp were so perfectly cooked. Very happy with that meal. Highly recommend.
My family is staying at the Holiday Inn Express with our dog, but I still wanted to enjoy a nice dinner. It was pretty quick to get takeout delivered via Quick Call Delivery, and my family loved the food. My wife and I both had the chicken and waffles. The veggies were a delightful addition. I often find chicken and waffles tasty but a bit dry, and the addition of the corn succotash and slaw was the perfect touch to balance the plate. I liked the batter on the chicken, and the portion size was good. Tasty! My children had the Caesar salad and Perogies respectively with a side of fries, and the reviews were great all around. The portion size was good. If I am ever staying in Gananoque again, or even passing through at dinner time, this place will be my first choice for dinner.
We spent New Years Eve at this pub and were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had! The food here was AMAZING! Their fried shrimp, poutine and fish and chips are a must try! Their beef tacos were smaller than expected. Their in house beer was also awesome. They had a live band playing on New Year’s Eve and they were just incredible! A huge shoutout to Amanda who was a great host! We’ll surely be back again!
Came here for dinner and ordered the whiskey BBQ burger with a side a poutine. It was close to restaurant closing hours, but the staff were patient and kind and did not make us feel rushed at all. Food was phenomenal. Atmosphere was unique and cozy. Overall, would highly recommend!
Such a cute and quaint place. Really liked that you can either sit in the cozier first floor or the brighter upstairs space. Delicious food, with friendly staff. Got the Irish Nachos and the chicken and waffles.
Great pub!! The food was amazing, the service was great, and the location is perfect. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. Highly recommend! We will go back for sure!
We stopped in for drinks and some apps. Had the Irish Nachos and Potstickers. Both were delicious. Best plate of nachos that didnt have corn chips that I have ever had. Great friendly service. Will absolutely go back. Love the atmosphere on the top level.
