What amazing customer service! Though we had no prior history, Scott from Stone Ridge Electric came to my shop in High Falls this past weekend within moments of getting my distressed call. Though it was his day off, he generously spent a couple hours trying to trouble shoot as to why my lights had suddenly become very dim on 1/2 my showroom's tracks. I was having a large holiday party and guests would be arriving shortly into a darkened space! Scott is a great communicator and obviously caring. He stayed focused, carefully moving his ladder and tools within the bustling and tightly filled space as he tried to get to the bottom of the issue. Scott was not familiar with the labyrinth of wiring in this old building and in the end he could not solve the issue in time for the festivities. Still, he was a calming force, and I really appreciated the effort! We supplemented with other lights and everyone had a great time regardless. The show must go on! I would definitely recommend this company and will have him back as soon as we can coordinate schedules! -Jenny

Scott was very happy to charge $135 for arriving late, taking approximately 10-15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and left without giving me a remedy to our "nuisance" problems as he described them. If you like condescending people, give them a call!

Excellent, super-friendly, thoughtful, reasonably-priced work. Unusually effective and analytical problem solving. Highly recommended.
