This downstairs room in the hall is good for a smaller event up to 40 people. The rental fee was $250 with a separate $100 damage deposit if needed. The bartender was very nice and the bar manager Renee was great. There are limitations on decorations and you cannot bring your own beverages, even non-alcoholic ones​, into the hall.
Would give ZERO stars if I could! Staff in this place is horrible! I could even swear they're racist! Ive been here for 2 separate events and both times staff has made me feel uncomfortable by the way they look at and talk to their guests! They're rude and look miserable the whole time, i will never come back to this place! Also, they're "margarita" all sweet & sour mix is NOT worth the $17 they charge!
They have lunch open to the public on Thursdays and Fridays 11-2. Chef Jason makes great meals and we've been impressed with everything we've tried. You also get the benefit of those great Elks drinks, if you chose to. The function halls have been remodeled and look great.

The newly renovated larger and smaller function rooms look dynamite. The addition of the elevator is a plus too. Great crew there too!
