This is a multifaceted service with different businesses within the same health complex. The team at Stone Family Health ate excellent and serve our town well.
Was discharged from this practice after having medical care for the past 26 years. The NP stated it was in my best interest to do so, what a bunch of garbage! Now stuck on a wait list while I try to keep on top of my anxiety / depression without the care of a continuous provider. Strongly believe this should not have happened ! And should not have to happen to anyone else! Poor ethics and awful front reception assistance . Heavily DO NOT recommend.
When getting your blood taken here. Ask for the older more experienced heath worker. To do the job. If you are willing to go there at all. Be prepared to be poked by a woman who doesn't know what she is doing. Stabs your arm vein over and over and over. And laughs. And says I'll have to get the other lady to do this. -_- I wasn't happy at all. Went all the way to Kingston instead. Good luck
Love the Staff at Stone Mills! They are always very accommodating and helpful for myself and my family. Dr.Taylor is amazing and always goes above and beyond the call of duty. Amazing Staff and Wonderfully Caring Doctors and Nurses. Thank you all!
I’m trying to get a doctors note so I can return to work. Was told after I called back 24hrs later that “we haven’t informed the doctor yet. We will when we do” I have been off work 3 days waiting for just a piece of paper that takes less then 2 mins to write.
My husband and I have never had a bad or negative experience at Stone Mills Family Health Clinic. Friendly people. We will be with them for many years to come. Cindy and Randy Clarke.
The staff is kind and helpful, they are professionals know how to send you in the right direction for the proper medical care. Me and my son have been here for 4 years and have no plan on leaving them.
Should not be listed as an urgent care provider. They do not serve walk ins, referred us to Kingston for management of a small laceration. Is there an urgent care provider in Gan or nearby?
Great staff!!! So professional reslly caring i go to this lab always now for my bloodwork. Thank you to all the staff.
