Since the mall has become dog friendly, it's no longer a safe and welcoming place. There's no need for the mall to be dog friendly. These dogs are harming service dogs and service dogs in training. They're barking, attacking, charging, and more at service dogs who legally have the right to be there and are doing a job.nnThe company who owns the mall has ignored EVERY email and phone call I've made about their rule changes to allow ALL dogs in the mall.nnMy family no longer feels safe going there, and we avoid it as much as possible. We will drive to Cambridge, Kitchener, Mississauga, and Hamilton if needed to avoid Stone Rd. Those malls are NOT dog friendly, and they're safer and better for service dogs and their families and trainers.nnOn more than one occasion, we've had an experience with a service dog being attacked or nearly attacked.nnAbsolutely appalling.
There’s a decent amount of vacancies in this mall that could definitely be filled with other shops, but overall this isn’t a bad mall in any way shape or form. I look forward to seeing it grow over the next couple years.
Once and immensely thriving mall, much like all other malls, is slowly dying.nnI love this place, And the renovations are really nice, unfortunately unless it's Christmas or something, the traffic just isn't there.
This is a small mall for the amount of people in Guelph. It has most if not all of the usual stores one would expect in a mall. There's ample parking, but it doesn't get busy here at Stone Road Mall. I came here 4 months ago and I feel that they need better stores here.
