Stone Creek RV Park and Campground

We pulled into this campsite after reading such stellar reviews online. It was such a beautiful spot right beside the river. The facilities were squeaky clean and well kept. However, the best part of our experience here was the hosts Rick and June. They helped point us in the right direction for our fishing trip and shared a few tips. They are the type of people you could chat with for hours. :) -Megan & Jeff

Rick and June are incredible hosts. About two miles from the campground one of the motorcycle trailers got a flat tire, we had all four bikes pulled off onto the side of the road, a couple pulled up and Rick got out and asked us where we were headed and we told him the campground just up the road he said he was the owner of the campground and they knew they had four bikes coming in that day even though as a biker himself he would have stopped anyway but he and June thought we might be their campers. He went back and got his truck so that we could put the trailer in the truck to get it to the campground. He got us information on where we could get the tire fixed the next day. The grounds are beautiful right on the river. We came back from one of our rides and he had our campfire all ready to go for us knowing where we were riding that day he thought we might get back late. We are planning a trip to Alaska in a couple years and we will definitely be making another stop here on our way up and back.
