I would like to give ZERO stars, but it is not possible. At station Montmorency, I have lived the worst transportation experiencer ever. The staff was confused about their own policies and how things work. First time in Laval and I hated the experience. I needed two bus tickets so I went to the women at the counter of the metro and asked for 2 bus tickets on my opus card. I had the pass for the day for the metro so I did not need any extra metro tickets, obviously. The woman gave me two metro tickets and I had no ideas. Now, if I was in Longueuil, the person at the counter would have told me "Miss you already have the pass for the day, are you sure you want two more tickets?" because OBVIOUSLY it makes NO SENSE to buy more tickets. Anyways, thinking I had bought my bus tickets, I go outside and wait for the bus. When the bus comes, the driver tells me that I need to go buy tickets at the metro station. I tell him that bought two tickets and he tells me that those tickets are for the metro and I cannot use them for the bus. I should go buy the bus tickets from the counters upstairs. Angry, I go to the lady again, and the lady shows us so much attitude, telling us that she cannot do anything and that I did not tell her that it was for the bus (when in fact I repeated twice). I had two minutes to run and buy tickets from the counter upstairs Once there, there is a lineup where people wanted to do their opus cards. I talk to TWO guides there and tell them that I need bus tickets on my opus and my fiancé needs tickets as well but he does not have an opus and he is paying by card. They told us to wait in two different lines. in total we waited 20 minutes. so obviously we missed our second bus as well. Once our turn arrived, the lady at the counter tells us that Laval does not sell bus tickets. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY WAS EVERYONE SO EFFING CONFUSED AT THAT PLACE!!!!!! ZERO communication between co-workers. NONE! we made it clear before getting in line AND while we were in line that my fiancé did not have an opus card. why make us wait for so long to be told that they dont sell bus tickets and that we have to put change in the bus!? I only had 5$ bills and my fiancé his credit and debit cards so we asked for some change and the lady at the counter gave us nicely some change. We go to the bus and see that inside the bus we can pay with credit. smh. god... Can anyone fix the system because there a HUGE LACK OF COMMUNICATION! Thank you. Very unpleasant experience.

HORRIBLE!! I WANTED TO KILL MYSELF! i go to that lady to buy two tickets for laval bus and i TOLD HER 2 times! and i get it and left... i go to the bus and the driver said its montreal tickets so here i lost 6$ because when i came back to tell her you did a mistake and didnt tell me i had to go buy it upstairs.. and she scream at me and saying ' regarde moi dans les yeux jte dit que jai pas entendu so vazy donc en haut esti ' ... i go get the tickets upstairs and one lady said ' how can i help ' so i told her i wanna buy tickets and she said ' do you have an obus card? ' i said no i dont and she said okay stay in this line and i waited 20-25minutes and arriving to the lady she said we only sell tickets to does with a opus card and that i have to pay by cash at the driver guy... WHY THEY MAKE ME TURN IN CIRCLE AND FK WITH MY TIME AND MONEY ?? THEY DONT KNOW NOTHING!!!

Buses are guaranteed late and often don't even show up - and this happens even in summer. They also schedule buses that run parallel to each other, with only a short distance between them, all within 5 minutes of each other. There are 3 buses I can take from home or from Montmorency metro (the 26, 40 and 46) and they all leave within the same 5 minute window of time - if I miss one I have missed them all and have to wait half an hour. Its not very good planning.
