If you choose to shop here get familiar with where everything is because help is something rare at this place. If you're looking for something specific and need help finding it they will seldom leave the counter and some are just straight up rude.

Called them on the phone gave them the model number of a water filter for my fridge. They looked for it and told me they had it right there in stock. However when I got there it was totally not the right one.

For an Ace hardware store, not to impressed. No help, in finding what I was looking for ... just go there in the back look for it. Searched for things myself. Nothing. A customer of theirs was more helpful than the staff.nWent down the road to another hardware store I walked in, and showed them the same thing. Right away, the man took me to the place where he thought my solution could be. We found a workable solution. and a few other things that would help. It's not a big sale at first. But, with the help and guidance for me to be doing it myself. It was about a $35.00 sale... Guess the next, I will go elsewhere, in the area.nI guess... I am spoiled by the Columbia City Ace Hardware Store

These guys are GREAT!! I went there for a very specific color of paint that I had recently found out was HORRIBLY HARD TO FIND! But, that didn't discourage Ken and Taylor two AWESOME EMPLOYEE DUDES from taking time out to find it, spending almost 40 minutes very close to closing time to help me! And this is far from the first time I've found them taking time out to REALLY HELP ME, THE CUSTOMER WITH VERY SPECIFIC NEEDS. SO, THANKS GUYS! BRAGGING ON YOU!!!
