Called twice as a new customer and never received a call back. Maybe the smaller job of a replacement sink is not large enough order to onboard but I would have figured at least a call back was customary.
We called Chamberlain Plumbing to hook up our new kitchen faucet after we had new countertops installed. They were great! Steve returned my call quickly and set up an appointment for when I requested. Kevin was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even secured our dishwasher and tightened the garbage disposal, so everything is A+ again.
He doesn't install water softener's. That's what I needed done
