First cleaning at this dentist office with Nilo, she was great and it was less painful that it is usually I have really sensible teeth. Receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

They are very unprofessional. I was told to pay CAD 70 after my insurance coverage, but I was charged CAD141. In fact, they are cheating people and steeling your money. Customer service is zero, and the management office employees are very rude. I have had a very bad experience.

Scared? Afraid? Terrified? Don't be! This dentist office is fantastic and friendly. Nilo the hygienist is very thorough and conscientious. The office staff and Anna are very efficient and professional. It's a great office!

Having anxiety makes it hard to make and show up for appointments and a dental appointment is something I've put off for a long time. I was very nervous going in but everyone from reception to the dental assistant and doctor were absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was going to Toothworks at downtown for 2 years, and I only transferred my profile to this location due to covid because I don't need to commute to downtown for work anymore. I just booked a normal cleaning and polishing session, which usually cost $275 at downtown location, and I had no issues with my wisdom teeth same situation as before, and I just fixed the fillings I had a few months ago. However, they just added X-ray and preventative scaling services directly without asking me if I would like to do them I am guessing it is simply because I told them I am 100% covered by my insurance plan. This visit cost me $575 instead. Meanwhile, what downtown location does is they always ask me to pay out of my card at the end of the service with a detailed receipt, but they submit the claim to the insurance company for me so that the reimbursement is going directly to my bank account. However, this location is doing everything on their end "for you", but I don't think I got a clear explanation for why I needed the extra services. In addition, they told me that I need to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth and re-do the fillings even though I don't have any concerns. What's more convenient for them is that they just submitted the proposal of over $1000 to my insurance plan directly and chased after me if I haven't booked appointments for those services. According to my dentist at my previous location, there is no need to remove the wisdom teeth if it doesn't cause any problems. Apparently, this location see me as a cash cow. Highly NOT recommended!

I went to their Parkway MalI location. I am very extremely satisfied with their service. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mary is very accomodating.They understand my need and had done a tremendous work. The dentist and hygenist who looked after me was so knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend.
