I would 150% recommend Sterling Events for food/alcohol AND most definitely their wedding coordinator add on service. I had Emily and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My wedding day would not have even come close to as smooth, fun, and stress-free without Emily. The food shout out to Chef Paul was delicious, and all of the staff with Sterling was friendly, organized, and professional shout out to Maria!! Amazing experience all around and zero complaints!!! I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Events to anyone looking for a catering service. Our coordinator, Lauren, was so responsive throughout the whole year we planned our wedding and was so flexible with all the changes we had to make. She is also so organized and always made sure we were on the same page. Their catering team, including their bartenders, did a wonderful job during our cocktail hour and reception. Their food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests on the quality and the taste of the food that Sterling served. They catered to our guest count of 200+ seamlessly.
Selecting Sterling as our wedding caterer was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Emily and the entire Sterling team were on top of it all; They gave us the perfect setup, quick and seamless transitions between the areas, and absolutely AMAZING food & service. They were also very flexible on the bar options. All we wanted to serve were cocktails, and they were one of the few caterers who would do this for us. And the bartender did a fantastic job! There was never a line at the bar, and the drinks were perfect! We are grateful to the team and their great level of communication, professionalism, and service.
Didn't realize that they had repurposed a closed restaurant. The inside seems to be coming together, and I enjoyed their upgrades. Kinda flashy. The outsides, well, that needs some love. The concrete needs some serious love to remit trip hazards. And it really needs some updated paint to liven the place up and give it curb appeal. I'll keep watching this and see how it evolves. Great concept.
Sterling Events has been an absolute pleasure to work with so far! My fiance and I just finished up two tastings here and we worked with Emily Vidal. She is so thorough, detail-oriented, and responds to emails/communication super fast. Chef Paul who prepared and cooked our food came out to our table throughout our tasting to check in and answer any questions we had about the food, which we haven't experienced anywhere else. Compared to the 3-4 other places we did tastings at, Sterling won our business and we can't wait to have them at our wedding next year! Thank you Sterling Events for making this process that is normally very hectic, actually quite enjoyable.
We absolutely loved working with the Sterling team - the initial food tasting is such a great way to get to know the team and taste a wide range of appetizers & entrees plus you have the option of champagne with your tasting!. We evaluated a handful of different caterers, and we felt Sterling was the best quality for the price. We also loved how amenable the chef was to recipe suggestions they offered to make the salmon exactly how we do at home, using our favorite marinade; although we didn't take them up on that offer, they seemed more than happy to accommodate. The options for guests with dietary restrictions were a hit as well, so we know everyone left that wedding feeling happy and full!! We opted for plated dinner, and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was professional, timely with the food, and had everything cleaned up in a jiffy. We would definitely recommend working with the Sterling team!! Especially Emily Vidal :

We booked Sterling Events to cater our wedding. Our salesperson, Emily V., was super easy to communicate with through the whole process and was especially flexible. After our tasting, which counts towards the booking, we chose the spinach artichoke tart for an hors d'oeuvre and went buffet style with their classic caesar salad, fresh rolls, Italian stuffed chicken, almond crusted salmon, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and chef's vegetables. Everyone really enjoyed the food and went back for seconds and thirds! The kids meals were a hit, vendor's meals were affordable, and our booking also included cake cutting and distribution. We also highly recommend upgrading to the China package as it brings a very classy feel to your event! Our day of point person, Sam, was super on top of set up and clean up. My husband and I were grateful for her sense of humor and felt like she was party of our wedding and not just a vendor! We're also grateful for the two assistants she had. Sterling Events truly made our wedding one to remember. We look forward to booking them again in the future!
The food and service were exceptional. They anticipated our needs well. The food tasted exactly as it did at our tasting. It was lovely to work with Emily!
