Terrible service. Bailiff happily accepted E-transfer fee. Bailiff was not able to serve notice as could not access building for Commercial Termination. Our Locksmith was not able to access using Master, lock changed by Tenant. Bailiff asked for an additional fee an additional 86% of original fee for time to drive to site essentially. Notwithstanding, when asked about next available date for service, email reply was "we have decided not to proceed with this file" due to excess files. This occurred over a span of 24 hrs. Original fees were not refunded whatsoever as they felt they honoured their service which was the equivalent of an Uber drive. Absolutely horrendous service and attitude. Will never consider again, nor recommend to our colleagues.

Mr. Boeko is the best bailiff in the country. I am extremely fortunate that I met him, and I will always be grateful for his help. If you're looking for a bailiff, make sure you choose him.

Rude and unprofessional. Unclear when clarity is sought. The girl I spoke to sounds like a teenager. Please get some skills and speak to people with respect, especially when you're delivering notices of owing taxes to the wrong person!
