I went to the location on eastern ave in Toronto. Brutal customer service here. Three fellows at the desk and all three made me feel like I had really inconvenienced them for wanting to rent a machine. All three were on their phones when I arrived and didn’t look up until I said hello ?? Anybody feel like helping me ? The one fellow Alex who decided to help lost his temper and was very angry with someone in the back for mis labeling the machine that was brought out for rental. ?? Wow, right in front of customer. Same poor service when I did the return. I brought my tool back full of fuel but was charged $10 for re fuelling. I asked what the cost was for a month and was told “ I don’t know. Look at your invoice.” Yeah I got my job done and got the machine I needed but wow. Lots of attitude at this location. These guys need a wake up call.
Worked there for almost 20 yrs. Great company. Have had 2 major surgeries and they're still taking care that I have a job. Thank you Stephensons. Guy, Wayne, Marco, Russell.
Excellent training!!! 2 things to highlight. Sandra our training schedule advisor is on the money!!! She got us the new law amendment about WAH , and arranged an on site training within 2 weeks of our request for aerial lift and boom training! In spite of the Covid-19 panic!! And Ken, our trainer is professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He kept the class moving forward and on point. And when we had a minor technical glitch he was patient until we worked it out! They both are reasons why I know we will get thru this time. Professional, kind and friendly, yet firm enough to get it done. Thanks again.
Local rental service was great with providing our rental but headquarters is very neglectful when it comes to their customer service. Count on not getting a call back if you have a question about your invoice.
Excellent place to work for, warehouse workers are great people, and stick by you as friends !!!
