Extremely happy and satisfied with the way DR. Stephen approached me as a patient for medical check, he is polite, funny, kind and efficient with his works and makes patients feel comfortable before proceeding, he even took me to the radiology department for an X-ray, as I was running short of time! Receptionist was very friendly, and polite!

Doctor is very nice, but the receptionist is very rude I have never seen in my life.

I double checked my appointment time: 10:30am but when I arrived, receptionist told me it was 10: 15 . Because i was late i had to wait . No apology for wrong schedule. I HAD TO wait more than one hour to see a doctor. What is the point of having an appointment? 2 stars out of 5 because they seem nice to patients.
