Not the best service. Placed an order on their website that advertised same day delivery for my mother for Valentine's day. Did not receive anything all day so I thought I would call to see what was going on. Tried to call multiple times between 5-7 pm and the line was continuously busy and could not talk to anyone. She called me at 8:40 pm saying that they needed 24 hr notice for online order but yet website says same day. She said she would deliver them next day but called today and they are not getting delivered until maybe 6 pm. Horrible service and timely delivery. Will not use again.

Terrible service! I ordered a Valentine’s Day arrangement for my wife and told them it was a surprise and they called her and said “we have flowers for you they are on a truck”... are you kidding me!? Will not be using again also did not get moneys worth as I payed 40$ and there wasn’t even ONE rose in the arrangement. Very disappointed

They sent me wilted flowers. My office had arranged to send them to me while I was ill. The lady didn't believe me that the flowers were wilted and told me to bring them back in if I wanted to exchange them and that 'this is how they are'. First of all, I'm sick and I shouldn't be responsible for returning dying flowers, second it's a bad business strategy to give out wilted flowers, and third you shouldn't ask for feedback from your customers if you have no intention of looking after them if there is a problem. After I sent a message back saying this was unacceptable they said they would pick them up and my work can arrange to deal with another florist. So disappointed.

Wonderful and friendly * Service * Very considerate and reliable, sent flowers via .f.t.d. to Newfoundland Canada, was there the next day, and also noticed Stephanie helps a little with poverty and some of the community issues with-in her area. A beautiful lady and wonderful staff.
