WOW! Superb service and menu. Staff are A1 out of this world friendliness. Menu slightly expensive but fresh ingredients and average portions. Even have outdated motel that is extremely comfortable. Rooms are small but cozy. Definitely our new stop over between Ottawa and Montreal Update: Went for dinner. Same quality staff but lacked fresh ingredients. The price point was way above the quality of the food. Would not recommend dinner here if from our of town...
I discovered this while taking a friend to Dorval from Ottawa. We decided to grab a lunch off the beaten path and discovered this restaurant called Stephanie’s Grill and Bar. It’s located and attached to the motel. I highly recommend it because the menu looks amazing with so many different options. The staff is very friendly but welcoming as well. I hope my travels bring me this way again.
This restaurant is consistently superb. The atmosphere, management, and wait staff always going above and beyond. I have been dining here for 9 years. We had an excellent dinner this evening from start to finish. Whether you have children, a large group, or a romantic or solo evening this place is a gem! Thank you Niko and Andre.
Food was delicious, well priced and portions were large enough to leave with a doggy bag. Service was good, communicated well. We came in at a slow time but the atmosphere searched to lighten up when we were leaving. So we would definitely come back at another time hopefully when it's busier and get to enjoy the atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and festive atmosphere. The holiday decorations added to the fun and inviting vibe of the restaurant. The food was also great - there was a good variety of dishes to choose from and everything I tried was tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great time at Stephanie's Grill and Bar and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a festive and delicious dining experience.
When you spend over $25 for one plate, you don't expect it to smell old and rotten when it is served to you. And when the kitchen tries to act like that's normal, and the management avoids coming to your table after you requested to speak to him... you never go back and you discourage others from doing so too. The waitress was new but she was the only good thing in that whole awful and disgusting experience. P.s. avoid their seafood unless you want to get sick

Ate here three times. The first two times were excellent, and I was always eager to go back. This time my steak was over cooked. I was very disappointed. On the rare ocasion I have fillet minon I like it tender and juicy, not hard and dry. I asked for it rare and it was medium well. I didn't enjoy it at all. When I told my server there was a mistake, my date asked for medium and got rare she said "No, I'm not the cook, and I like my steak well done." Her service was not very attentive. She did one table check after the main course was served and it was before I cut into the steak. I was hoping to tell her about my steak, but she was busy standing around talking to another server. She only came after my date asked her to come so we could pay the bill. I expect better for a $50 plate at a place that specializes in steak. I'm not planning on returning.
We have always been very satisfied with the food but this time we were disappointed. There were 4 adults in our party. Two had the Lady's Delight and found that the filet mignon and chicken were dry and we weren't sure whether it was indeed fillet mignon. Another had the rib steak and having had this dish often was disappointed as well. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and visit Stephanie's during special occasions. I really hope our next visit will be better because the staff and the atmosphere are fantastic.
Cozy restaurant with a wide variety of food items. Went there for brunch and it was delicious. The service was great and the price was reasonable. Definitely will visit again when in Hawkesbury
