Completed furnace installation on time and at the quoted price.  Installers were friendly and quick, which is important when your house is cold!  Thanks guys.

Very expensive. Service call out is $140.00. Technician that came out was very nice and professional, but $220.00 is very expensive to replace a gas hose on the BBQ. Learned a valuable lesson.....ask what the call out fee is before getting someone to come around!

Service man came to check pool heater, once he opened it there was some rusting on one part of the heat element. He said that was the problem. He said I could pay $120 for the service call or he could replace the heat element for $2000. --The entire heater costs $2000.
