Helpful, knowledgeable, had what I needed
Called three different marine mechanics. Stem to Stern answered immediately and had a mechanic sent out to fix my boat in a week. Still never heard back from the other two. Great service with this company.
They offer value in addition to providing parts. John offered great advice on how I could sort out a water pump issue until I could determine if I needed a new pump or a rebuild kit. Awesome. I'll definitely buy from them.
Professional, helpful and reliable. Easy to talk to and willing to share information. Have had two service calls, although different techs both were knowledgable and efficient. Both invoices were what I expected. I will use them again.
