I received a call from stellar health. The receptionist asked me if I wanted an appointment I said “no I’m okay” she the goes silent and asks if I’m still there. I say “yes I’m still here” then cuts the phone. Where are these entitled disrespectful receptionists coming from. So many amazing respectful Canadians you can hire but you hired them. Why ask if I’m still there then cut the phone. No bye or I understands. Many other people with similar complaints. Civil sense is dying in Canada
Dr. Jan is an outstanding doctor! He is incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, and he truly goes above and beyond to help me manage my medical condition. I feel very supported and well cared for under his guidance. I highly recommend Dr. Jan to anyone looking for a compassionate and dedicated physician
This clinic 100% deserve 5 stars. I don’t frequent other clinics often but this clinic blew me away. The staff is very friendly, and the clinic is very clean! The female physician I saw today who still accommodated me was absolutely lovely. I work in the same field and hands down this clinic is a good one.
