Beautiful space, friendly staff, delicious food and drink! Their creations are not only unique but also so pretty to look at. This establishment is technically connected to Cafe Astoria via a hallway but they actually close a couple of hours later.
Excellent food!! The Lemon Pancakes are to die for, and everything else so far has been amazing. So happy to have such a great breakfast and lunch fav just down the street!
One of the best breakfast places in saint Paul. Great menu options and professional cooks and staff. Would recommend to anyone who wants a fresh breakfast and wants to support a small business.
Amazing! I love Cafe Astoria, and Stella Belle adds a whole new experience with a large brunch/lunch menu and expanded dessert like crepe cake and pastry options. There’s always something new to try and the space is gorgeous. It’s hard to choose between the two, but thankfully they share a drink menu.
We had a wonderful birthday lunch at this darling new little restaurant. The space was fresh and bright, the staff made you feel like you were their favorite regular. The food was interesting, wonderfully prepared and presented and best of all delicious! Will absolutely go again.
