This has been my family dentist for years. The staff is super friendly and they are great at getting you in for emergency care. I also appreciate that they call a day ahead to remind me of my appointments, as many of my other heath care providers do not do so.

Very horrible customer service and training. It's a family owned business so I would imagine a little small town feel. Yet it was apparent that receptionist did not know about insurances or understand what I was saying. The dentist's daughter came over in the middle of my filling and was talking with her dad (which I didn't mind).
However, I told him tooth still hurt. Called back and told them tooth still hurt 2 weeks later and nothing. No "come back in" nothing.
My husband who happens to be African-American, is also a first time patient. Upon arriving receptionist again assumed we had Fidelis Medicaid Managed insurance. It was so insulting to just assume based on looks. Never will go again. Champlain Smiles fixed my tooth, because it was drilled too deep and it was nerve damage.
