Steffen's Plumbing & Heating

We called Steffen Plumbing because our kitchen faucet was suddenly leaking both above and below the counter. We called on September 19 after their business hours and received a text message, from Anne, before their business hours on September 20. Steffen Plumbing was able to get us on their schedule at 1130 on September 21. We purchased a faucet on September 20 and had it ready to install. Chris showed up on time. He even brought and Amazon package, left at the bottom of the steps, up to us. He was professional, explained what he was doing and said we made an excellent choice in the faucet we picked out. We were not aware, but he told us our faucet had a lifetime warranty. The old faucet was replaced, and everything was cleaned up in less than an hour. Customer supplied deduct meter was installed and the kitchen faucet was fixed. Chris is very knowledgable about all areas of plumbing. We were also happy to have such prompt and pleasant service.
