Called and spoke to an agent named Victoria. She was wonderful in taking the time to answer all my questions.

God forbid you ever have an accident while insured by these guys, they wont answer calls, nobody knows who can tell you anything, they never respond to message or emails. Very happy to take your money, but wont provide the service when you need it. Been over two months since I wrote off my car and march 29 was the last time I heard the check was sent, its april 29th now, still no check, and cannot get a response to any of my calls or emails to see whats going on. Nobody has an answer to who tp direct me to.

They got me reasonable rates. It's just hard to love insurance.
