I cannot underestimate how absolutely horrible this restaurant is, both in terms of food quality and service. The fries were stale with no flavor. Asked for my burger medium well, and I got a charged burger with a bad taste. The waiter was not good - he had to come back and keep asking another table about their order, and after I received my food disappeared for 15 minutes. I know options are limited in this small terminal part of why they can get away with such bad service and food, no real competition, but if you have time it's worth leaving the secure area and having to go through TSA again just to eat somewhere else. DO NOT EAT HERE!
I travel a bunch so this was pretty much on par with what I'd expect at an airport. They have limited seating, so it's all about turnover. Menu is limited and expensive, but the beers we're cold and I got something to eat. Customer service isn't great.
Yep, pretty darn bad. Super expensive food served on styrofoam plates. I mean even for *airport* food this is bad and overpriced. Unfortunately, there's really nothing else at this airport - the MVP Sports Bar upstairs isn't any better. Eat before you go to the airport if you're travelling thru Spokane is my advice.
I asked for a Moscow mule but they were out of ginger beer. The waiter recommended another drink and I really liked it! Never had a chance to try their food but I really liked their drinks!
Surprised at the bad reviews. I really enjoyed it. The house burger was good and get a stout. Delicious. Service was good. I recommend it.
Shocked by the horrible reviews. I eat here every time I fly out of this terminal, usually breakfast. Food is typical of airport fast food and really has never been bad, and this is indeed an airport, and the service is fast and friendly. I left my debit card on the table once and they hunted me down on my airplane after I had boarded. Not everyone would do that. You want high class food? Don't eat at the airport..........
I'm here at least once a month and it's rarely a good experience. From rude staff the largest issue to to consistently out of several items on the menu. By far the courtesy of the staff is the largest thing that needs to be addressed. Lack of options to go anywhere else makes it so you just have to deal with it and I feel empowers the staff to feel like they can treat you anyway they want.. .. Bottom line if this place wasn't in the airport it wouldn't be open.
I can't agree with all the complaints here. I was very upset, after reading reviews and as I realized taproom is the only option I have after intense day, thirsty and starving, but it was. Is was way better than expected see reviews though. Service is prompt and friendly, I've been noticed every time i needed something, meaning fast order, fast service, fast checkout. They weren't really busy at the moment, but still it was above expectations. Food is ok, beer is ok to good, depending on how picky you are. Again, you can't expect Michelin restaurant quality from fast food venue. I didn't. It's pricey, yes, cause it's airport. Expect to pay $8 for average tap beer and $12-14 for a chicken wings or something similar. Still, 1.5 starts is absolutely unfair or, they improved there service a lot.
What a horrendous experience. Our waitress obviously hated her job. I had to ask for water 4 times. Not even a smile from the bartender or the waitress the entire time I was there. Horrible food. Service was a joke. How is this place even still in business. Oh yea, it's because there is literally 1 other place u could go...... so options are limited. I'm in awe of how bad this was.
Unenthusiastic service is only the beginning. The wait staff barely registers your presence, and they seem to be indifferent about you being there. The food was served on a foam plate with plastic fork and knife. Despite my attempt to catch the attention of the people who seemed to work there, it took 20 minutes to get and pay my check. You're options aren't vast in this terminal, but you're better off with a drink and candy bar from the store. They should be ashamed to make anyone pay for this "experience".
