Steed Pond

A lot nicer then it was a year ago. Don't bother fishing though to many people catch more then they are supposed to and just keep the fish. Please call the local authorities if you see these savages.

This is a nice pond that has trout, bluegill, bass,cat and carp. I have caught trout at steed pond. They are not very big but it's a great place to teach kids how to fish. The pond is right next to steed park.

I love to watch to kids fishing here and the look on their cute little faces for catching a fish. Fun for the family. The park next to this also leads to the trail, and this is fun for kids to ride their scooters/bikes and for walks/runs.

Easy to catch small fish for the kids just a string on a stick and a hook will catch them use a barbless hook because the fishes mouths are so small it's hard to get the hook out worms work fine but you can use anything bathrooms are close and play area.
