They are so nice on the phone and any actual business you need to do with them is completely terrible. They will happily take your money but if you need anything switched or changed - good luck. Doesn’t matter how long you pay your payments on time - expect nothing. I would NEVER in a million years do business with them again.
This is the worst bank I have ever delt with.... the customer service is absolutely terrible ...no one knows anything ..... they want to talk to you like they are your parent....it seems like Melissa hates her job and another guy I can't remember his name is a jerk.. I advise you not to use them...

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK! READ ABOUT ALL THEIR FEES. They charge $25 to mail a check payment. If you are paying late then the app adds the next month and won't let you just pay the amount due. This forces you to pay them by phone for an extra $20 even though you are already paying an extremely high late fee. In our case over $600. Sometimes business is slow and the payment is delayed. They will try to get you with fees wherever they can.
Nate is very helpful. He made sure I understood everything and made everything seem seamless!

I started working with Zach Noreen about 3 months back for financing 4 Trucks. Right from the beginning, he was prompt, courteous, understanding & supportive. I contacted Stearns regarding an SBA loan PPP. Simply put, they did an outstanding job. The tech side was easy and reliable. I uploaded all info to the site without issue. Their communication throughout was great. The one time I called they immediately answered and I was able to talk to Brooks, my contact. All around great job. They handled the loan and were a pleasure to work with. Very impressed and highly recommended.
