Great customer service!!! Lots of pastry, coffe & tea selections. Lots of local shuswap gifts. Indoor & outdoor seating. Will definitely come again.
Great friendly owner/ staff, nice place. Didn't try the coffee or beverages but came here looking for great homemade stuff. None of it was home made or made from scratch but just mass production stuff. I will stop here and try the coffee but would avoid it if you want local made. crazy expensive for not homemade for food. Coffee prices seemed reasonable for what you get at other places which was nice to see. Nice chill place to grab a coffee on the road, nice location. Sweet sweet lady.
If you are gluten free check it out the BEST gluten free cheesecake and brownies. And around Christmas a gluten free dessert I can only describe as a cross between a shortbread and raspberry middle cookie. So delicious. The coolest gifts and sugar free chai in can. If you are heading through Sorrento please stop and support this amazing business.
Great little shop for unique gifts and some great baking and coffee.
I love Steamers coffee shop. The coffee, the service, the staff and the food are all amazing. The soups are out of this world good and all of them are homemade! We are very fortunate to have such a high end coffee shop in our little town. Sincerely, Jensine and Joseph Morabito.
The lady at the counter very lovely and was keen to talk about the local environment and wildlife. The soup was great.
Stopped in for a bite of lunch and had a wonderful panini and cup of the tastiest tomato basil soup. There was a sign out front asking for patience as they’re having staff issues, and the debit/visa system was down. The service was lovely, and even with the difficulties I wouldn’t hesitate to go again. Thank you!!
LOVE this place Great coffee Great people....awesome local artisan work!Food: 5/5
Always first class hot chocolate here, far better than any of the chain shops who just serve the cheapest powered stuff! Not sure what they do here but it actually tastes of chocolate, well worth stopping by when passing. A nice selection of delicacies too, and some local artwork.
I’m a semi regular customer and enjoy their coffee. The owner is alway polite to customers but not so with the two young employees. It seems they can never do anything right. She’s always nit picking. One time the young manprobably 14 was wiping the counter around her, she then gets upset and says stop stop just stop. I was a bit stunned and didn’t say anything, Ya I should have. Lady, it’s probably his 1st job, so build his confidence not tear it down. Second he’s trying to keep busy, most kids would be hiding in the corner playing on their phone. Also he’s doing what most adults aren’t willing to do nowadays- he’s working. I’ve heard her get snarky with the young lady too, again I should have said something. There’s a saying “pick your battles” And before all the regular telling me off, think about this….. have you seen the two young employees smile? Probably not, cause they’re walking on egg shells. Build these kids up, mentor them, be positive. It’s not the end of the world if they flip that sandwich 2 times instead of once. Again coffee is great, ppl skills lack. To the young employees, keep your heads up and be proud….. you’re doing a great job.
