Steamatic Metropolitain Inc

Personnel working for the Steamatic Location in Anjou stole some content from my apartment. I had tried to reach out to their management, no feedback whatsoever. I am taking legal action to address the instance. I was, by Concierge - I live in a high end condo building in Downtown Montreal - that the Steamatic crew, spent several hours in my unit (for a few boxes to take out), as they are paid by the hour - unsupervised.

The workers do a decent job but the management is terrible. They barely communicate with their clients which is very frustrating. They missed a few appointments by simply not showing up. And they are very slow to complete even a small job. I do not recommend them. It was a bad experience.

Excellent service, rapidité, efficacité, beaucoup de professionnalisme et de compassion. Je recommande steamatic fortement. Meilleurs compagnie d'après-sinistre point final.

J'ai eu la chance de travailler avec l'équipe Steamatic après qu'un arbre est tombé sur notre maison et mon expérience à été agréablement surprenante. Ils m'ont expliqués chacune des étapes, gérer mon dossier avec notre assureur et ont remis notre maison à son état original même mieux. Je ne sais pas comment nous aurions pû gérer cette situation sans leurs aide. À chacun son expérience mais je vous recommande Steamatic sans hésitation. Merci encore à toute l'équipe
