Knowledgeable and friendly customer service with conscious effort to reduce waste a big problem with most tea places. So nice to have it inside my favourite grocery store Donald’s too. :

I love the tea there. They had a new tea called strawberry fields and I loved it! The lady also told me that the woman in front of me loved peppermint tea and I was like “I should buy some” great place to buy natural, organic tea. Smells good, and tastes good too!

Jo, the owner. What a sweetheart. She is always eager to have a great conversation. Despite it's location, I think this is a fantastic little place to stop by for a tea to go while you're shopping or to buy bulk tea. They also do great gift sets.

Steam occupies a corner just inside the entrance to Donald's Market, but they pack a good variety of tea into that corner. You can buy a cup, or loose tea. Good quality stuff, too. If you're feeling under the weather, their "Coldblaster" might help with a punch of citrus and ginger.
