The service was horrible. We waited about an hour for our food. While the food was sitting on the counter getting cold. And all they could say was "sorry" & proceed to take your order like nothing happened. Plates & cups have been sitting out since we walked in. They all look lazy & took their time. Never will we come back.
They were not serving milkshakes and neglected to tell us until after we had already placed our order. No explanation as to why either.
This place will be out if business soon if they continue this way. Could also be much cleaner.
I go about once a year to a Steak 'n Shake. I would never go back to this location. Super slow service. Shakes came as we were paying our bill. Left without shakes and got custard at Culver's. Thank you Culver's for being prompt, tasty, and clean unlike this place.
The food was great and service was, as well.
