Watch expiry dates on meat. They say that when it says best before, it's actually the date packaged. That's pretty messed up in my opinion. So I guess the meat has no expiry date??
Great service not bad prices. Lots of options!
i went in a day or two ago and the older lady behind the til had ZERO customer service. she treated me poorly. i understand you have to charge for bags, my work has recently started doing so as well. but you can have a better way to go about saying “its a dollar”. i didnt appreciate the tone i had, nor the service, and in all honestly just that one thing ruined my entirety of my sale. there wasnt a friendly face to walk into the store and feel welcomed in, she didnt even greet me like most establishments do, and like i have been before. i felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcomed, and if i come in again and shes behind the til i will be taking my service elsewhere.
Called ahead of time to see if they sold pumpkin pie, the girl working said they did have some. My husband drove out 10 minutes to pick one up, only to be told they didn’t have any. When customers call to check for items, please go actually CHECK to ensure they are in stock. This was super frustrating.
Nice old school grocer. Staff very helpful, friendly. Had the products I wanted at the same price I would pay in the city.nThe owner is the butcher, and was working his craft wheni was there. Looked very clean, and professional. He was a chill friendly guy.
