The food is the tastiest Italian on St Clair. Everything is made to order and good food takes time to prepare, not just slapped together or partially cooked ahead of time. The kitchen is very accommodating to requests and can make many dishes vegetarian.

I organized my yearly work holiday party at this restaurant last year. I spoke to Armando, the owner a few times. We decided on a pre-fixed menu for a fixed price. On the day of the event, it was the first major snow storm of the year and so 3 people cancelled due to the weather. When I arrived at the restaurant, I told Armando right away and he said to me "We'll straighten it out later". At this point I assumed it was a non-issue and he wouldn't charge us for the people who didn't attend. At the end of the evening, when it was time to settle the bill, he wasn't there. He left early and left no instructions for the waitress. According to her, we needed to pay for the 3 people who didn't attend. She apparently knew nothing about it. I was livid! Not only did we get charged for people who didn't show up, they didn't even bother to serve us the 'extra' food. Had we known we had to pay, we would have insisted on being served the food meant for those that cancelled. In the end we paid, hoping we'd straighten it out with Armando personally. We sent him numerous emails and called a few times, but he never bothered to respond to us. So disappointed. I will NEVER EVER go back there. And I continue to tell people about my horrible experience there. Very unprofessional on his part. Talk about terrible customer service.
