I was with this doctors office for years... they are the worst medical office I have ever dealt with, the doctors are off constantly, either on a vacation or taking a sick leave, and the receptionists and nurses are typically very short and rude. Also they have terrible hours, and good luck getting an appointment as you will most likely be waiting weeks.
Dr. Lane is a great doctor! He listen well what his patients need to say, so he makes good decisions for their healthcare. He's caring, not rushing you out. The staff is great too, the nurse & receptionists. I'm happy to be their patient/client. Thank you!
This is by far the number one medical center out there. They maybe small but they have such an amazing team. I've been thrown and tossed between doctors and had hard time trying to get one but when I found them they tended to everything. There staff is so kind and amazing at what they do. My favorite it the receptionist shes so welcoming There so efficient, organized and they move faster than any place I know. They have been an amazing support.
This is not a walk in clinic, the nearest walk in clinic is in Collingwood 186 Erie Street. Opened Monday to Friday 5 pm to 7:30 pm / Saturday and Sunday 9am - 11:30 am.
