5 stars across the board. All things are top notch here. The rooms are borderline luxury, the staff is personable and accommodating, the complimentary breakfast is outstanding, as well as the food served during the social hours. Not to mention a couple free beers to go with it. Best hotel I’ve stayed in and I will keep coming back when I’m in Dawson. Hell ya.
By far the best hotel to stay at when in Dawson Creek. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. I appreciate the first name basis and was always greated when returning from work. The social dinners were an added unexpected bonus. The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great TV's in the room and the kitchen is great to cook your own meals in. Would give this hotel more than a 5 star rating if able to!
My stay was top notch as always. Room was clean and quiet and I was welcomed as an IHG member. Veronica and Regine were professional, remembered my name and made me feel welcomed to the hotel. This is a definite must stay when in Dawson Creek.
Very modern and comfortable hotel in Dawson Creek. The suite was comfortable with nice amenities, a comfortable bed, nice TV, good Internet, and cable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They also spoil you with a good breakfast as well as an evening social Monday to Thursday that includes food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The team’s warmth and attention to detail made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place where the people truly make the experience so special, but this hotel nailed it.nnThe rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff really care about guest satisfaction.
