I work in a oilfield Industry and I always recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely impressed from start to finish every single stay. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional — they greeted me with genuine smiles and made check-in fast and effortless. Throughout my stay, they were always ready to help with anything I needed.nnEveryone who works here clearly takes pride in what they do. The team’s warmth and attention to detail made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place where the people truly make the experience so special, but this hotel nailed it.nnThe rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff really care about guest satisfaction. I can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re looking for a hotel with amazing service and genuinely kind people, this is the one.nn10/10 — worth to stay
Very modern and comfortable hotel in Dawson Creek. The suite was comfortable with nice amenities, a comfortable bed, nice TV, good Internet, and cable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They also spoil you with a good breakfast as well as an evening social Monday to Thursday that includes food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
I loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was newer, and it didn’t smell like smoke like the last hotel I stayed at in Dawson. The front desk clerk, Scarlett, was truly fantastic. She was kind and pleasant and very helpful with fixing my reservation when we found out after the fact that there had been an error with the dates. I very much look forward to my next trip and being able to stay at this hotel again.
Wonderful stay. Extremely comfortable! Beautiful room, wonderful soft sheets, comfortable bed. Walk in shower, always a plus! Evening reception with complimentary wine or beer. Delicious small meal, also complimentary. Would seek this hotel out while traveling.
Poorly cleaned rooms with someone else's dirty dishes just put into shelf.nnMaids half effort like forgetting towels or just not cleaningnnThe parking lots lack of power for vehicles in -35.nnAnd the breakfast of burnt bacon and wet eggs.nnAt least it looks nice
