This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Each room setup with everything you could need and an extremely friendly staff. I dealt with plenty of staff throughout my stay for the week but Scarlett and Regine were the two that stood out to me the most. What a pleasant experience, can't wait to go back.
Fast and easy check-in, very friendly accommodating staff, very clean establishment, very nice rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.
Brand new and very clean. Service is great, only one room left so my wife and i ended up with a suite which was much bigger than we needed. The suite is horribly laid out, you have to navigate doors that open to the bedroom from the main room. Doors are against the bed and you have to clear a huge tv that is very close to the beds, all while trying to get to the bathroom. Its at the end of the hall and it seems like it was an area left over and somebody decided to make a rental suite out of it and the designer got carried away lol. Huge big walk in shower just needs a design change. We had only luke warm water in the am for a shower. Talked to the good folks at the desk and they reduced our rate. Very nice facility, great location right on the main street, the people and service was great and a very nice breakfast area with a great breakfast. I think our room number was 338 just stay away from that room. All in all we would stay there again as we pass through there lots.
Very nice hotel. They serve free dinner 4 nights a week. Very clean and modern. Staff is great!
After a 14 Hour drive from Vancouver, this place had everything we needed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff and were taken care of right away. The lobby has a good sense of style and modern minimalism. Our suite was immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable.nnThe living area and kitchen were very nice and had tasteful lighting fixtures and furniture.nnHighly recommend this place if you’re planning on a longer stay. Use of the laundry and fitness area are included, and if you need something, there is a pantry open 24/7 stocked with goods you can charge to your room. Housekeeping is very friendly too.nnThe breakfast buffet was good with a variety of selections, a spacious lounge and a clean dining area. The staff, Roxanne, Andrea and Rahul made our stay particularly welcoming and pleasant.nnAs for the rooms, there isn’t an oven or a kettle, but there is a cooktop, and everything else you’d expect in a suite.nnOther than that, it’s a superb hotel.
