From the service to the food. It was excellent. We drove up from key west because I was so disappointed with food down there. We had our Christmas dinner at this restaurant. The food was great, service was on point. I was very pleased. The Caesar salad was excellent, the steak was tender and cooked perfectly, the lobster was tender and sweet, the melted butter on the table was a cool idea over a candle. The calamari was good, but I personally prefer it with just a light dusting of flour and light fry, but it was still decent. I would definitely recommend this place.
Our group had a great experience at this place! The service was above average, the fresh bread appetizer was delicious, desserts were amazing, and the ambiance was I ordered the lobster bisque soup and crab cakes for dinner. Both were really good! I’d like a meatier bisque! Several people in my party enjoyed the salads and said the pasta was good. My husband order the French onion soup and my parents ordered the crab meat cocktail. They liked it but thought it would be better served warm with butter than cold with cocktail sauce. The steaks were good according to some of my foodie family members. To an average person, they would probably be great! Would recommend this place! Thanks for a nice night!
We dined on a Thursday night and glad we made reservations because it was busy, even at 815 pm! Our waitress, Dawn, was very attentive even with the rush. We were a table of 4 and the food didn't take too long to come out. The sushi rolls are rather large with very little rice. The tuna lover roll was a bit much even for me who loves tuna! I couldn't even eat it. The clam dish was a special of the night, which was very good. The hubby had the surf and turf, lobster cooked perfectly but the steak could have used a bit of seasoning. Parking: Parking is a challenge on a busy night, we ended up having to park down the road
Wonderful experience. The staff are incredible. Friendly, helpful and in constant motion getting things taken care of. Highly enjoyed the Calamari appetizer and the Banana Cake especially. They have a great early bird menu! Will be back!
Don’t squawk at the price folks, this is hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had! And I’m from the Gulf Coast of Florida! So fresh! Mostly fish and avocado on Tuna Lovers Roll, not rice! Service was excellent even though they were busy. Everyone service oriented. A truly wonderful lunch dining experience.
The food was not bad, but the service and environment were both very poor. We went there for lunch. We smelled mildew as soon as we were led to our table which was in a part of the restaurant that was super dark and had zero windows. Our daughter was not given a cup of water until we asked. The waiter never refilled our drinks the whole time. The most irritating thing was after we finished the meal, I went to the lady’s restroom, and realized the other side of the restaurant was well lit with beautiful colorful windows and smelled pleasant. No customers were being seated on that side. However the employees, including our waiter, were sitting on the nice side and I saw our waiter reading a book while we were neglected.
They have a great happy hour. We ordered wings and calamari which were delicious. Even the bread was fantastic. Shrimp scampi for the main course. Awesome as was our bartender Christi. Photos were taken after we started eating.
this place is on the pricey side. with that being said, service was absolutely fantastic, portions are alot, food is very delicious and flavorful. cooked to perfection. you definitely get your money's worth. pictures shown are just some of the delicious appetizers they have. again, it is pricey but well worth it. give it a try if you are ever near. you wont be disappointed!
If you are looking for rich and delicious food this is your place. It's definitely worth visiting if you want a fancier dinner, the prices also reflect that. I had the filet with lobster tail and both were cooked to perfection. The service was excellent as well. The cream boat pineapple desert was also really fun and tasty!
This place feels like a family-owned and run establishment. Very friendly staff and customers were awesome too! Everybody says hi here! We enjoyed a delicious dinner but the best part was dessert! Can’t go wrong with key lime pie, but the winner is their pineapple crème brûlée. Wow, wow, wow! Im drooling as I write this review. Strongly recommend!
