Very rude and unprofessional . Took no responsibility for their employee’s error. If there was a zero rating they would have gotten that.

Always kind, helpful, and wonderful to us. Went above and beyond to help resolve a loan issue, and they have a wonderful presence in the community.

Worst customer service ever! Won’t answer their phone even though they open and I’m at drive through. She stormed off from window and did not return. She should be fired!
