I won't be eating here again. The Lettuce, salsa, and cheese where old. The flour tortillas were cold and tough. I asked for my steak fajitas to be cooked medium rare and they said they can only cook it medium? Huh? The chicken sandwich was a frozen processed patty that was hard to bite into. The service was slow. The only nice thing was Thomas came to clear our dishes when we were done. The $$ was not worth the food. Go to the other casino restaurant.
I love the hard-working staff. They are always friendly and very helpful. I like being able to use my points to pay for food. During this visit, I tried the chicken and tater tots. The tots were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. The fried chicken was not seasoned and had a very bland, almost unpalatable taste. I am hoping I just caught them on a bad day but I will probably not try that menu item again anytime soon.
Stayed 3 days beginning on Christmas had so many meals there over the trip. Street tacos and fish tacos were our favorite.Want to make a special Thank you to SETH on Christmas night busy busy busy. He was running . Heard table next to us. Unbelievably rude and impatient man and Seth remained professional and apologetic. Handled it so well . We ordered to go it was pretty quick we didn't specify any condiments and no worries had exactly what we needed back in room. Outstanding server . Thank you Seth.
The service is great and it's really clean. The food was horrible. Really not worth it. The first round of wings was over charred then the second had way too much vinegar. Our tacos didn't taste good and the burger was burnt.
Very very Disappointed! Ordered Steak and Shrimp Fajitas. $17 plate had shredded steak and 3 small shrimp!
They changed the name and menu. The new menu is terrible. We were surprised by the change but decided to give it a chance. The tacos were so dry when I was done eating them not a drop of liquid on the plate. Friend had taquitos and they were burnt, hard, and tasteless. Wont be back to this resteraunt. Even our waiter kept apologizing saying the change was unwelcomed by many. EDIT: as a response to the response on this review: Dear Manager, We have eaten there several times since this review. The food has never been good. I'm sure you have seen the decline in your revenue as everytime we walk by the place is empty. We travel to this casino once a month for training and we have gotten to the point we won't even eat at the casino anymore. I'd rather drive down the steeet to McDonalds. The bar that was there before with "pub food" was perfect. If it were to go back I'd happily eat there again. I'm happy to speak with you in person as well, just let me know.
I was ok when the server apologized that our food order somehow got lost in the kitchen. Those things happen. It came out pretty quick after that. But when our second round of drinks never showed up, I was no longer happy. Fish and chips were good. Carne Asada tacos was more an appetizer size than a meal, but they were good.
Always love the food here
Very happy the company decided to revert back to old menu, would like to see more items if only running two restaurants though. More dietary options for people with allergies or vegans would be nice.
