Service when placing my order was fantastic but when it came to collection our drinks where thrown at us not very happy worker laughing with Co worker's but when attending customers was a face of doom Food: 5/5
Staff is very rude and they don't seems to enjoy their job at all. Paid £8.50 for two lattes in a take away cup what we had to "enjoy on a sticky dirty coffee table. We won't come back here again....Food: 2/5

Since the refurb, it does feel and look nice, but not a massive fan of the no comfy chairs.
Always dirty tables, no napkins, semi warm paninis, only come here if you are desperate. Drinks are nice if they have what you actually want in stock.

Coffee is good, but the staff at this Starbucks are so friendly and helpful. Probably the best Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever been to. Quality.
Lovely coffee shop with the typical rustic look of Starbucks but poor heating system; it can often feel chilly inside.
Visiting Starbucks at GLOUCESTER retail park. This is the only SB in Gloucester and it’s a good one with friendly staff and a drive through. Food counter is well stocked and it’s open late 9pm. A good place to grab a coffee on a Sunday . I like my coconut flat white and here they do a large one. Not sure how different to a latte that is but tastes good.
